PSPhone Revealed?!

Today, leaked photos of a proto-type PSP-go like device by Sony Ericsson together with a write-up by technology blog engadget, assured us that It is indeed the Playstation Phone, that many have been talking about and waiting for since 2008.

According to the engadget, this beauty will be running Google’s Android 2.3 or 3.0(Gingerbread) and contains specs equivalent to most high end smart phone around.

It’s screen is about 4.1″ and runs on a 1GHz Qualcomm MSM8655 processor with 512 ram and 1 GB of ROM. Weirdly or smartly, it uses a Mirco SD card instead of Memory Stick. It’s unclear how the phone will run current PSP softwares or if it would even do so… which I think will seriously compromised it’s value…

Since it’s still a proto-type, as mentioned by Engadget, it still don’t have SE’s software like timescape and etc, much less the PSP market or whatever they will be calling it.

The PSPhone is expected to be release either end this year(2010, highly unlikely) or in the year 2011. To tell the truth, I rather wait and allow the team to give us a better experiences.

For the techics, the MSM8655 processor comes with Adreno 205 GPU, which means that it’s one of the best you can get… Similar to the Desire HD and Desire Z to be release later this month… To tell the truth, I have my eyes on the HD for sometime already…

Hope I will be able to get it…Sorry OT, that is to say, the PSPhone will be quite capable.

Valkyria Chronicles 3 coming soon?!

There are rumors flying about on the Japanese internet realm… That Valkyria Chronicles will be getting a third installment after savvy users found a domain named valkyria3.jp. This is a justified assumption, after all valkyria.jp and valkyria2.jp belongs to SEGA and is the website for the first and second game in the Valkyria Chronicles franchise, respectively.

The page is currently under lock and key, and is in no way related to the game franchise other then the domain name…

New Original Tales of Series for the PS3 – Finally!

There are 2 new “Tales of” game from Namco Bandai for the SONY’s Playstation 3 game console. Although one of it is really a re-released title, and the other a game without a confirmed name yet.

The first game is Tales of Graces, the game is released first on the Wii, as an exclusive on the 10th of December 2009. The PS3 version will be given the Perfect Version treatment just like the one that is Tales of Vesperia originally for the XBox 360. But it will be getting a name change… It’s now named Tale of Graces F, with a release date of Winter 2010.

Tales of Graces F will be getting improved graphics, more scenes and more content general.

Up till now, many fanboys of the Wii game console are already feeling the pain, and are now condemning the move by the Namco Bandai just like what some XB360 fans did, when Tales of Vesperia is perfected for the PS3.

Second game of the news is the recently announced, together with the magazine leak of the Perfect Playstation 3 Version of the Tale of Graces, but do not yet have name… Not even a release date, and etc… We might see more in the Tokyo Game Show soon thou… If my instincts are right…

Then another magazine leaked, and the name “Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 3″ pop-up, aimed at the Playstation Portable platform for a 2011 release. The previous titles of the games are a commonplace on the Playstation Portable platform.

Then, on a Facebook reply, Namco Bandai says… Quote:

Firstly, thank you all for your excitement around the series. We also love the series here at Namco of America and are working with our Japan counterparts to determine if we’ll see US releases for these games. Unfortunately, we don’t currently have any plans to bring Tales of Graces to the US. If this changes, we’ll let you know as soon as we can!

So there might be a US released of the Playstation 3, Tales of Vesperia, which would mean a English release. You happy?

Now if only they give me my ACE Combat on the PS3 too! I don’t even mind a port… PLEASE!
