For the both weeks before, there are plenty of good and weird song, but it seems the general buying crowd have not return yet.

Btw did you see “Tsukema Tsukeru” by Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, it’s a rather interesting song… Kind of catchy too… Don’t you think?

“>Congrats also to the 2 Queens of Otaku, Mizuki Nana and Shoko-Tan for making it into the charts of 1/23. Both songs are really good, with Shoko-Tan’s being a bit more in the main stream category.

This week thou, the first of the “48″ family will be releasing their singles, and they are SKE48, with the controversial Kataomoi Finally on the 25th of January, will it do well?

Don’t worry it’s not a TV series from china, but more of a new technology by some enterprising kindergarten.

Their aim, to give the children an animation of their own, using 3D modelling to make a character have the likeness of their master.

It’s then voiced by the Child and his cast. Thus teaching them more about making animated features and a special experiences when they are young.

The average age of the participant is from 4-6 years old. Not bad.

But I’m not sure the blatant copying of the copyrighted materials like Freedom from Gundam SEED, the Monsters from Monsters the movie will make the media people any happier… Especially those SOPA people…

As expected, this week’s result contains a lot of new releases.

In fact the top 10 are all new, with Saisho No Mail by AKB48 sub-group French Kiss comprising of Yukirin, Akicha and Kuramochi taking 1^st in the weekly charts.

This is also their 1st, weekly number 1, congrats!

In fact it seems French Kiss is the 2^nd sub group to do so, after Not Yet.

Followed by Exile and Atsushi’s Anatahe/Ooo Baby a double A side Single.

LiSA, the rocker that rocked AFA11 and Nico Nico Douga, came in 5 with Oath Sign.

Tokyo Girls Style and Momoiro Clover Z also released their latest singles titled, Liar/W.M.A.D(18) and Rodo Sanka(7) respectively. Both are songs very nicely constructed.

One surprise… OMG from NMB48 actually climbed up 24^th position… wow.

Another song that I really liked in this week’s list is My Dearest by Supercell, it’s a fast, ballad like song that have a lot of feelings in it. Starlight Parade by Sekai No Owari, also has a nice feel to it.

And that brings us to the end of this week’s report~

+Btw, AKB48’s 24^th Single, Uekara Mariko, is going to be released on the 7^th of December, this Wednesday and we found out that the First press will be including pictures of not only the Janken senbatsu members, but also other and it’s not by team type. So have fun~

*Ok… I’m wrong… Sexy Zone is doing quite well staying just outside of the top ten at 11^th, while Pera Pera Perao fell to 15, which is also good.*

JKT48, the first non Japanese “48″ team, formed in Jakarta also got their first product placement advertisement… from Pocari Sweat, the drink~

In a teaser posted on the JKT twitter. Looks like they are doing their best! It’s announced that JKT48 will be doing their first TV appearances today at 1600(Jakarta time) hours on Global TV.

If you are wondering why the sudden interest, it might be due to the fact that in the past 3 weeks, the manga AKB49, is seen featuring Hatsune Miku and the Vocaloid software.

Yes, AKB49 is featured on Weekly Shonen Magazine as a weekly serialization, and I’m reading it. It’s getting really interesting now with the girls getting a debut soon! Wouldn’t spoil you thou.

Also AKB49 Vol.5 is now out, and can be found at Kinokuniya, that’s where I got mine.

As expected SKE48′s latest Single Okie Doki took number 1 pushing Arashi down to number 3. And Perfume’s Spice drop to 13 after a wonderful début week. While we see Flying Get drop out of the list after staying on for 11 weeks.

Then we have a rather off-season song from Berryz Koubou + *C-ute, I don’t understand…

Do also check out Yusuke’s Isshou kenmei, I find it really nice. Nishino Kana is back on the charts with her new song Tatoe Donna ni, a ballad.

Arashi finally got back to the top, and coincidentally, no new AKB related releases for this week.

Bucho also released her Single Brain Diver this week, ranking in at 18. And Bump of Chicken’s Zero is slowly growing on me…Then something different, Shiina with Carnation, a theatrical song.

I must admit, Kara is actually quite cute… And Winter Magic is a well written song, different from the other dance based Kpop style.
