Well it’s a dojin made about 3 years ago in Singapore by Collateral Damage Studio in 2008. Infact, it’s their 1st dojin project.
It really quite a feat and now it’s free as an E-Book.

AKB48: AKB48 Request Hour Set List Best 100 2012 Day 2, Team K Matsuri?
Just a few hours ago, Request Hour Setlist 2012 day 2 ended. And along with that the trending twitter phase “チームＫ祭り” in Japan. While some lamented that it’s 1 day too early, some added that we should not forget SKE48, with 3 out of their 8 singles charting on the setlist.
Anime Review : Daily Lives of High School Boys(男子高校生の日常)
