Fractale is the next anime in the Noitamina lineup.
The anime is also Director Yamakan’s next project after Kannagi and Haruhi Suzumiya. Also involved in Fractale, are otaku scholar Hiroki Azuma (as story developer) and series script supervisor Mari Okada (Kuroshitsuji, Toradora!).
Fractale’s story is originally created by Mandelbrot Engine and the illustrator Hidari (Uso-tsuki Mii-kun to Kowareta Maa-chan light novel) is on the original character designs.
Story of Fractale revolves around a by named Kurain, going on a journey to search for Furyune whom disappeared leaving behind only a pendent. And later found out more about the “Fractale system” which is on the blink of collapsing in the remote island the story is set on.
The anime will be aired in January and be animated by the A-1 Picture(So.Ra.No.Wo.To) and Ordet(Black Rock Shooter).
