Super Robot Wars will be getting it’s 2nd TV anime this fall, according to the latest issue of ASCII’s Dengeki Hobby Magazine. The 2nd season is name as, Super Robot Taisen Original Generations: The Inspectors.
It has been leaked earlier by animator, Satoshi Kubo, when he posted on Mixi that he refused to work on SRW OG due to the involvment of a certain “Obari-san”, which is Masami Obari, the director of the series.
Other then the director, there includes a group of veterans invovled with the anime, according to ANN.
Takanobu Terada (Super Robot Wars OG Divine Wars, Super Robot Wars Original Generation – The Animation) and Sōichirō Morizumi are supervising the project at Ashi Production, and Yuichiro Takeda (Brave King GaoGaiGar Final Grand Glorious Gathering) and manga creator Tatsunosuke Yatsufusa (Super Robot Taisen OG Chronicle: Dengeki SupaRobo!) are supervising and writing the scripts. JAM Project is performing a theme song.
