K-ON!! is the name for the 2nd season of K-ON! scheduled to premier in Japan on TBS, 6th April, 1:29am. To make things sweeter, it will be in widescreen.

Apparently there is this 30s and 1min long trailer of K-On!! on youtube this morning, but was soon removed by the copyright police. According to those who managed to catch it, their respond is of pure happiness. With better quality art work and similar art directions.

Today, I have witness one of the saddest comic/manga ever written about the loss of a love, family, trust and one’s mental health… It also demostrate how excessive violence and derail a child can be.

The comic named “The True Story Of kenfoo: The Childhood Years ” came in 11 parts, starting from a carefree children point of view style to end in an epic Romeo and Juliet style ending that almost made me drip a few tears…

Black lagoon will be back for a season 3, this year! In a trailer posted during the Tokyo Anime Fair, that happened last week. This is going to be a good year! And the terminator maid, Roberta is back, I’m so looking forward to it!

Edit: The third season is named, “El Baile de la Muerte” (“The Dance of Death” in Spanish), what an impressive name!

Aya Hirano has take leave to be rest due to medical conditions that is not revealed. And thus will not be attending the white album event in Tokyo, Japan, this coming 18th April.

If you are a vivd follower of the anime Eden of the East, you would be glad to know to that… The ripped and fansubbed edition is out on the internet now. You can already find it at most places of your liking and start the whaling.

Dattebayo and GG have even collaborated to bring it to us, now that is a premium…

Beware thou, most of the versions are atleast 2 gig big, so if you want to watch it ASAP, then start whaling ASAP.

The selection for the cosplay submit is over and 6 teams have been awarded the chances to join the World Cosplay Submit Singapore semi-finals in Samsung Everland, Korea. In fact I’m still puzzled at why the Singapore Semi-Finals have to be in Korea? And why are we crashing their party… … …

Nonetheless, it’s still a win for the 6 teams and they will be getting a free trip to Korea for the semi-finals, and then come back in July for the Singapore Finals to determine the local representative to the Championships. So good luck to them and may they have a good time there!

In the Singapore selection, organised by Singapore Cosplay Club at West Coast Plaza(Ginza Plaza) on the 27th of March 2010. A total of 10 teams took part in the selection giving those present a wonderfully high quality show.

So you have watched Durarara!!! And is wondering why their chat box is non existence… Now behold, the durarara chatroom! Someone have created a chat room just like the one found in the anime Durarara!!! And it’s fully functional chat room. But due to heavy traffic, looks like the each room is limited to 5 person only and there’s only 10 rooms…

However it’s good to know that something like this exist right? Now lets see if the owner/creator will expand the service or just have fun with it.

Danny Choo’s Mirai Fusion, first anime project is to be Chinka! or fire fighting when translated. And he will not be the only famous one involved if that is what Danny Choo is hinting at.

The PV is now in production and judging from the production sketches, it will be quite a looker. The list of crew involved will also be stated right after the PV.

Looks like a winner, althought it’s not a fanservice anime, at most on K-On! level. >_<||

Additional to all the win, Mirai Suenaga will also be in the anime, her debut in the anime scene. I’m kinda curious who Danny Choo will get in the end as her seiyu, in fact I’m quite looking forward to the seiyu cast list.

Fans of Black Rock Shooter will be pleased to hear this.

The official site for the anime project has announced that the 50 minute show will be streamed free to everyone. But will this cover Japan only or will the fans worldwide gets to see it free remains to be a mystery for now.

There is a promotional campaign that will run in July 25 to August 31 this year and this streaming is part of it, plus a DVD bonus to be included with Hobby Japan magazine as well.
